The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is the official hotel of the AEJMC 2024 Conference. We strongly encourage attendees to book rooms as quickly as possible under the AEJMC room block. Not only will you be close to conference activities and other attendees, but you will also help AEJMC to meet its contracted commitments, helping to keep overall conference costs low for the association and its members.

Rates:
• Standard Group Rate - Single: $214.00 | Double: $234.00 plus taxes
The standard group rate hotel block reservation cut off date is July 16, 2024.
• Student Block Rate - $169.00 plus taxes
Limited Availability — Student members whose accepted papers have won first, second, or third place divisional awards will receive an email on May 22 with the link to book in the discounted student room block. There are limited rooms are available in the student block. They are open on a first-come, first-booked basis and will not accommodate all student members.
All other student members with accepted papers or abstracts will receive the same student booking link on May 23. If there are rooms remaining in the discounted student room block, again, they are open on a first-come, first-booked basis.
If your search results yield no availability for your desired dates, please search each day individually as some days during your stay may have availability at the discounted student rate. We recommend booking the available dates in the student block at the discounted rate; then you can book the other days in the general conference block. This will result in multiple reservations; however, you will not need to switch rooms. The hotel can combine your reservations at check in.
When the student block is full, please book rooms using the standard group reservation link.
