Give your new title exposure at our conference!

Don’t have enough book titles to justify sending a representative to the conference? Send your books to us and we’ll display them at the conference for you. EXPO dates during the San Francisco conference: August 7-9. Reservation deadline is May 15, 2025. Questions? Contact cassidy@aejmc.org for additional details. 

Each title will be displayed in the Joint Books booth along with an informational flyer. We encourage you to also include a QR code with purchasing options for us to display next to your title(s).

Deadline to reserve Joint Display space is May 15. Mail materials after July 1 to arrive by July 15.

And the Joint Display isn’t limited to only books. Have a database you wish to promote through a flyer? Have videos and/or films you wish to promote? Have a service of interest to journalism and mass communication educators? All of these areas — and more — are suitable for inclusion in the Joint Display area.

      Thursday, August 7 – 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
      Friday, August 8 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
      Saturday, August 9 – 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • What will happen to my book(s) after the conference?
    • They will not be returned. They will be donated to journalism/mass communication program libraries selected by the association.
  • What will I receive from you after the conference?
    • You will be sent completed order blanks and any other messages left for you by delegates.
  • Is the Joint Display table monitored?
    • Yes, the display table is monitored and the individual there can answer basic questions regarding the items on exhibit.
