February PRD Writing Support Group Events

The AEJMC PRD Writing Support Group is excited to share the calendar of events for February.  Zoom links are available in the Facebook group.  If for any reason you would like the link emailed to you, please email a committee member listed below, and a link will be sent to you prior to each session.

 

Accountability Calls: This is your chance to connect with the writing community, set goals and get support from your peers. Calls last approximately one hour.

  • Friday, Jan 27 @ 2:30 p.m. ET
  • Friday, Feb. 24 @ 12:30 p.m. ET


Writing Retreats: This is your opportunity to make progress on your current projects through concentrated writing time. Come with a goal, stay as long as you are able and be a part of a productive community of writers.

  • Monday, Jan 30 from 1-4 p.m. ET
  • Thursday, Feb 2 from 9:30 - 11 a.m. ET
  • Monday, Feb. 13 from 1-4 p.m. ET
  • Thursday, Feb. 23 from 9:30 – 11 a.m.ET
  • Monday, Feb. 27 from 1-4 p.m. ET

 

The AEJMC PRD Writing Support Group is a community for members to connect over research ideas, share research insights, and provide mentoring, accountability and support for academic writers!

Here’s what we offer:

  • Facebook community to connect with other academic writers.
  • Safe space to ask for help with challenges, share insights and seek collaborators.
  • An opportunity to request someone review a section of any original manuscript.
  • Monthly accountability/support calls.
  • Regular writing retreats for making progress on your projects.
