Registration
Registration is available onsite at the WJEC registration desk. You may also register online anytime before or during the congress by using your personal device. We encourage all conference attendees to register in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.

2025 AEJMC/WJEC Attendance (VISA) Letter Request
Please complete this form to request a letter of attendance to the 2025 AEJMC/WJEC Annual Conference. Please complete by June 2, 2025.
Refund Policy
- Conference registration fees are ONLY available for refunds. Membership fees, workshops, luncheons, and tours are non-refundable. Contact Saviela Thorne at saviela@aejmc.org with refund requests.
- Written cancellation requests reaching the Central Office
- Before July 16, 2025, are eligible for a FULL REFUND minus $75 service fee.
- Between July 16, 2025, through July 31, 2025, are eligible for a FULL REFUND minus $100 service fee.
- Between August 1, 2025, through August 31, 2025, ONLY AVAILABLE FOR A SUDDEN ILLNESS OR DEATH, are eligible for a FULL REFUND minus $100 service fee.
- After August 31, 2025, NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE FOR ANY REASON.
